About Veritas Silentii

An independent historical initiative exploring forgotten history and recurring patterns of power.

Veritas Silentii is an independent historical initiative dedicated to exploring forgotten history and the recurring patterns that continue to shape our world.

Its flagship initiative, The Forgotten History Project, examines overlooked people, forgotten ideas, lost manuscripts, archaeological discoveries, and recurring historical patterns that conventional history often leaves at its margins — not to rewrite history, but to ask better questions of it. The project is founded on a simple conviction: history that was left behind, or erased, should never be forgotten while it still has something to teach us.

Some answers remain hidden within forgotten documents, overlooked archaeological discoveries, and voices lost to time. Others emerge through recurring historical patterns that quietly influence civilizations, institutions, technology, economics, and culture across generations. Together, they suggest something remarkable: history is never truly finished. It continues speaking long after its participants have disappeared.

The name Veritas Silentii — Truth of the Silence — reflects the belief that history often speaks most clearly through what was omitted, overlooked, or forgotten. It represents a commitment to careful inquiry rather than certainty, inviting readers to explore the spaces where established history ends and meaningful questions begin.
